We're so sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues viewing your presets on Android, please force close the app and reopen it.
If you continue to not see these presets after a few tries, you'll need to delete and reinstall the app. Before doing so, please know that deleting the app will delete the images in your VSCO studio and these cannot be restored.
If you’d like to save these images before deleting the app, please export all images to your Gallery. Here’s how to export all images: https://support.vsco.co/hc/en-us/articles/212993683-VSCO-Export-All-Images
If you have a large quantity of images in your studio, you may experience a crash. Please try exporting less images at a time.
