We're so sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues viewing your presets on Android, in order to resolve this, please force close the app and reopen it.
At this time you will need to sign out and sign and sign back in to VSCO. If you don't have an account, you will need to create one in order to restore these purchases. We understand that you may have chosen not to create an account in the past, and we're sorry that you have to do it at this time.
You can definitely sign out once you see your purchases again if you choose to! At this time, this is the only way to resolve this issue.
