How do I sign up for VSCO X?
You can now purchase a subscription to VSCO X by going to the Shop and selecting "VSCO X".
What is VSCO X?
VSCO X is VSCO’s subscription plan that includes new entitlements every month. Entitlements include:
- New Film X presets
- All 100+ classic VSCO mobile presets
- New VSCO mobile presets

What is Film X?
Film X is VSCO’s brand new, next generation presets. Film X includes new advanced controls for Film X: Strength, Character and Warmth adjustments.

Can I purchase any items a la carte from the VSCO X subscription package?
All entitlements that come with VSCO X are only available within the subscription package.
How much is a VSCO X subscription?
$19.99 USD per year.
How can I view my VSCO X subscription entitlements?
Tap on the VSCO X icon in the top left corner of your Studio to view your entitlements. You will receive new entitlements every month during your subscription period.
How do I cancel my VSCO X subscription?
When does my VSCO X subscription end?
Your subscription will end 1 year after your start date. Please note that your subscription will renew automatically. If you wish to change this, please see:
Is there an option for a monthly subscription to VSCO X?
No, we do not offer this option.
How can I pay for VSCO X and how am I charged?
Through either Apple App Store or Google Play depending on your device. All charges are annual and paid at the beginning of the membership period.
How do I update my payment information?
You will need to update your payment information in your Settings.
Can subscriptions be shared?
Your VSCO X membership is tied to your VSCO Account and cannot be shared.
What happens if I cancel the VSCO X subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time, and your membership will be functional until the end of the membership period. At that point, the membership-only presets and learning/feedback tools will go away. All edits to your images will remain with those photos, journal posts and DSCOs.
What is the refund policy?
All payments are made up-front for the membership period. We do not offer any refunds, though you can cancel the automatic renewal at any time. For more information please see:

Do I need a VSCO account to obtain a VSCO X subscription?
Yes. You can register for a VSCO Account within the app.
Is VSCO X supported on iPad?
Is VSCO Film for Lightroom or ACR / Photoshop included in a VSCO X subscription?
No. VSCO X is currently only available for use within the VSCO app. VSCO Film for Lightroom and VSCO Film for ACR / Photoshop are sold as separate products from a VSCO X subscription.
Will I still have my previously purchased presets if I do not renew my VSCO X subscription?
Yes! You will retain any previously purchased presets if you do not renew your subscription.
Will the VSCO in-app shop be available with a VSCO X subscription?
You will no longer see the VSCO in-app shop after becoming a VSCO X subscriber. All free and paid presets available in the in-app shop, including Film X presets, are included in your VSCO X subscription.
Will I be charged for a VSCO X subscription at the end of my VSCO X Trial on iOS and Android?
Yes. If you do not opt out of your VSCO X subscription at the end of your VSCO X trial period, you will be charged by Apple.

How do I restore my VSCO X subscription if it is missing?
First, we recommend to sign into the same VSCO account that you originally purchase VSCO X with. If you still do not see VSCO X, please go to Settings>Support> and tap on 'Restore VSCO X subscription' You can find instructions on how to access settings here.
