VSCO is unable to cancel or provide refunds for VSCO Memberships.
Below you will find instructions on how to cancel a free trial, cancel an active Membership or request a refund for your VSCO Membership from Apple, Google or Samsung.
Please note, deleting the VSCO app does not delete your account, cancel your VSCO Membership, or cancel your free trial.
How do I cancel my free trial or an active VSCO Membership subscription?

Please note, when you follow the above link you will be asked to "Open in iTunes Store?". You must tap Open to continue the process. If you tap Cancel in the prompt, you will not be able to see your subscriptions.
After tapping Open, you will be taken to your Subscription panel in the App Store. This is where you can cancel your trial or an active VSCO Membership subscription.

Can I get a refund for a purchased VSCO Membership?
VSCO is not able to issues any refunds.
You must request a refund through Apple, Google or Samsung.

Google Play will refund a subscription if requested within 48 hours of purchase.

How do I avoid being charged for a VSCO Membership before the free trial ends?
We offer a one-time free trial for a VSCO Membership. You are able to try out all of the features for seven days. It’s a great way to try out the VSCO Membership before subscribing.
If you do not want to subscribe to a VSCO Membership, you need to cancel the trial / subscription before the end of your free 7-day trial, or you will be charged for a VSCO Membership.
Please note that during the 24-hour period before a new Membership begins Apple or Google may attempt to renew the subscription. With this in mind, if you do not wish to subscribe to a VSCO Membership we recommend to cancel the trial / subscription before the scheduled start date of your subscription in order to avoid being charged.

How do I cancel the VSCO Membership or turn off auto-renewal from the VSCO app?
Please note you cannot cancel your VSCO Membership or turn off the auto-renewal from within the VSCO app.
We have provided a link in your VSCO settings that will take you to your subscriptions in your device settings.
Tap on the Profile icon , then tap on the Settings icon

My"Manage Subscription" button is missing, what can I do?
If your “Manage Subscription” button is missing, please ensure that you are logged into the correct VSCO account. You must be logged into the same VSCO account that you started the trial or subscription with in order to manage your subscription.
