Pro Membership FAQs-
Q: What is VSCO Pro Membership?
A: The VSCO Pro Membership is a new product that features new pro presets, membership badges, VSCO editing on the web, and priority support options.
Q: What type of support options are available for the Pro Membership?
A: Pro Membership will have access to live chat support M-F 9 am - 5 pm PT and faster reply times for email support. Please note the Live Chat Support option can only be accessed through the VSCO iOS app. Currently not supported through Web or Android platforms.
Q: How do I purchase the Pro Membership?
A: The Pro Membership will be available for purchase through the Apple App Store.
Q: Will I be able to upgrade my current membership to a Pro plan?
A: Yes. Upgrading from your current Membership to the Pro plan will be available in your app settings under subscriptions or in the VSCO app itself.
Q: I just upgraded my membership from a Plus to a Pro Membership, but I'm not seeing my Pro Membership benefits.
A: You can restore your membership inside the app by doing the following:
- Go to the Global menu (top-left corner)>Support>Restore VSCO Subscription.
Q: I have a current membership. Is there a trial period for the Pro membership?
A: Currently we’re not offering any trials for the Pro membership if you’re already a paid subscriber, a previous paid subscriber, or have already redeemed a 7-day trial of Membership on VSCO.
Q: If I have a current Membership, will I have to cancel my current Membership in order to upgrade to Pro?
A: You will immediately be upgraded and receive a refund of the prorated amount of your original subscription.
Q. I’m currently paying for a Plus membership. How will this free Pro membership upgrade affect my billing cycle and access to presets and editing tools?
A. The free Pro membership upgrade will not affect your current Plus membership. Once the free Pro membership upgrade expires, your membership will be reverted to a Plus membership with the remaining time that’s left on the account. If your account is on auto-renewal, it will still auto-renew as a Plus membership at the previous scheduled date of renewal. If you cancel or allow your current Plus membership to expire, you will still have access to the remaining time of the free Pro membership upgrade.
Q: Will the Pro Membership be available for Android users?
A: Pro Membership is only available on iOS. Please check back for the Android release.
Q: What Pro Presets will be available?
A: 01 Pro, A4 Pro, A6 Pro, A8 Pro, AL1 Pro, AL3 Pro, B1 Pro, B5 Pro, C1 Pro, C8 Pro, G6 Pro, M5 Pro, SS1 Pro and V3 Pro.
Q: What Membership badges will be available?
A: With the Plus plan (previously called ‘Membership’), you’ll have a “Member” badge on your profile. With the Pro plan, you’ll have a “Pro” badge on your profile.
Q: Can the Profile badge be removed?
A: Many of our members feel a strong affiliation with VSCO and are proud to display that as a part of elevating their profile and connecting more with other community members. We are listening to your feedback and will be exploring ways to give you more control over how/whether your badge will be displayed.
