Q: When can I use VSCO Studio on web?
A: VSCO Studio on web is now available for all Pro Members at https://studio.vsco.co
Q: What features are included?
A: Desktop editing with 200+ presets, our most essential tools which include exposure, contrast, saturation, white balance (temperature/tint), fade and skin tone, export full resolution images, upload images which can be accessed from any browser (Chrome/Safari), copy / paste edits, and much more.
We are constantly releasing new features and you should see many new updates over the coming months.

Q: Which browsers and operating systems are supported?
A: Currently, we support Chrome/Safari on macOS and Chrome/Edge on Windows. Please make sure you’re using the most updated versions to ensure the best experience.
Q: What if I found a bug?
A: Please click on the feedback icon in the bottom right corner of VSCO Studio to report any bugs you find. Known bugs can be found here.
Q: I have a friend or saw that other people were able to access VSCO Studio on web, why can’t I have access as well?
A: We are slowly rolling access in stages. All Pro Members will receive an email or will be notified once you have access. Please check your email and spam folder for the email that’s associated with your VSCO account that has a Pro Membership.
Q: I’m a free user or Plus Member, can I have early access as well?
A: Currently, VSCO Studio on web is only available to Pro Members. Upgrade to Pro here to unlock access.
Q: Will I be able to use the VSCO Studio on the web on a tablet?
A: This is currently in development and is still to be determined when tablet (iPad/Android tablets) compatibility will be available.
Q: Will VSCO Studio on web have the exact same functionality as iOS and Android?
A: We are working to make sure the experience of editing with VSCO Studio on web is similar and seamless with the iOS and Android mobile apps. VSCO Studio on web is designed for larger screens and as such will have unique features that enable more professional workflows.
With this in mind, we will continuously introduce more presets, more tools, and many new desktop centric features for VSCO Studio on web!
Q: What type of file(s) can you import?
A: On Chrome and Edge, you can import JPEG, PNG, BMP files. On Safari you can import JPEG and HEIC files.
Q: Why is it taking so long for my images to upload?
A: Upload times may vary depending on your internet connection. Try running a speed test to see what your upload speed is. If it’s less than 10 Mbps, we recommend to try uploading on a faster internet connection or only uploading 1 image at a time rather than multiple images at once.
Q: Are images that I upload public or private?
A: Private, only you can see them when you are signed in.
Q: Does this mean VSCO Film presets for Adobe Lightroom/Photoshop are coming back?
A: At this time, VSCO Film presets are not coming back. This is a legacy product that we discontinued many years ago. We updated our film emulation process with what we now call Film X. This is a superior technology to our older VSCO Film presets. Read more about the Film X process here.
Q: I'm running into some performance issues.
A: You can try clearing your studio.vsco.co application data (Chrome & Safari) to help with issues like importing and exporting. Please take a look at this article.
