FAQs
Why is the “Sync to Cloud” button grayed out on iOS?
Video, Collage, and Montage drafts are not able to be synced to the VSCO Cloud at this time. If unsupported draft types are selected, the “Sync to Cloud” button will be disabled.
What do I do if my draft is failing to sync to the VSCO Cloud?
Syncing to the VSCO Cloud requires a network connection, so make sure you have a good connection and retry the sync.
What happens if I edit a synced draft when I don’t have a network connection on the mobile app?
All changes you make will be saved, but the updates will not be synced until the next time you open the VSCO iOS app with a network connection.
I’m trying to open a synced draft on iOS and it’s stuck on “Downloading draft…”. How do I fix this?
Check your network connection. Synced drafts need to be downloaded first if they did not start on the platform you’re trying to access them on. If you do have a stable network connection, try force-quitting the app and trying again.
I’m running out of storage, how can I get more?
At this time, the only way to free up storage is to delete old drafts to make room for new ones. Please be sure to export a copy of any draft you want to keep before deleting.
