Here are a few things you can do to troubleshoot this issue:
The license keys for each download are completely separate. Meaning Lightroom 3 has its own and Adobe Lightroom CC, 6, 5, & 4 has their own. Make sure you are using the corresponding key with the product you are trying to install.
- Log onto your VSCO account to view these license keys.
Here are a few things you can do to troubleshoot this issue with your VSCO Film license keys:
Be sure to copy and paste your license key into the installer
If you are on a Mac be sure to have "Caps Lock" off.
When using any of the VSCO license keys, make sure there are no spaces before or after your license key. These "ghost keys" happen to be our number one culprit in license key issues.
Check to see that each character is inputed correctly "I" is a "1" or "0" a "O".
