You can reset your password both on the VSCO app and on VSCO's website if you created a VSCO account with an email. You can only reset your VSCO account if you created a VSCO account with an email. You cannot reset a password for an SSO (Facebook, Google, Apple, Snapchat) in VSCO. If you signed up for a VSCO account with one of these options, you will need to go to that service provider to reset your password.
SSO - "Single Sign On"
If you are attempting to sign in and can't reset your password, chances are that you signed up for a VSCO account with a SSO provider.
Tap on any of the SSO options (Google, Facebook, Apple, or Snapchat) to sign into your VSCO account.

Resetting your password for your email
Before resetting your password, please review our Account Security article for best account security practices.
If you do not receive a password reset in your email inbox, please be sure to check your spam folder. If you are using Gmail and have the 'primary', 'social' and 'promotions' tabs, please be sure to check the 'promotions' tab for the password reset email from VSCO.

Resetting your password on the VSCO app
Tap on your VSCO Profile icon
Tap on Sign In and enter your email or username. You can only reset your VSCO account if you created a VSCO account with an email. You cannot reset a password for an SSO (Facebook, Google, Apple, Snapchat) in VSCO. Tap on Reset password and tap OK.
Navigate to your email inbox to locate the password reset from VSCO.
If you don't see the email from VSCO within 5 - 10 minutes, please check your email spam folder.
Tap on the Reset password button, enter your new password and tap Submit.
Resetting your password for a phone number
Tap on your VSCO Profile icon
Tap on Sign In and tap on 'Phone'
If you are not located in the United States, tap on the country code icon and number and locate your country.
Please do not enter any 0's before your phone number after the country code has been selected as this will result in an error.
Enter your phone number and hit Next.
You will receive a text message with a code. Please enter this on the next screen and hit 'Continue'
After your code has been verified enter your new password and tap on Reset.
Resetting your password on VSCO's website
Visit vsco.co and click or tap on Sign In in the top right corner.
Click or tap on the 'Reset Password'
Navigate to your email inbox to locate the password reset from VSCO.
If you don't see the email from VSCO within 5 - 10 minutes, please check your email spam folder.
Tap on the Reset password button, enter your new password and tap Submit.
