Android: I Received a "Payment was declined because it's considered high-risk" error in Google Play

This error happens when your account is new and you tried to purchase an application from the google play store. They do this to make sure that it is a valid purchase. You also need to fill up or submit your full information so that the google play store can verify your account. 


After 4 days they will activate your account and they will let you buy the application after the verification. If you have any other questions please contact Google Play Services.
