VSCO App

VSCO is a company that strives to always move forward. To best use the technology available to us, the newest release of VSCO will require running iOS 16 and above and Android OS 6 and above. 

Apple / iOS

VSCO is compatible with iPhone 8 and newer running iOS 16 and above. VSCO is also compatible with iPad, iPad Pro, iPad Mini, and Ipad Air devices which operate on iOS 16 and above. 

Unfortunately, VSCO is unable to provide a full list of supported/unsupported Apple devices due to how many device models are available. 

To access the in-app store to purchase or download any presets or to take advantage of the new features in VSCO, we recommend updating to the latest version of iOS 17. Here is how to update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to the latest operating system.

Before updating your iOS version, we suggest you back up your media inside iCloud How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. This is to ensure you will retain all of the images on your current device.

Android

As of Fall 2022, VSCO is compatible with most devices running Android 9.0 and above.

To access the in-app store to purchase or download any presets or to take advantage of the new features in VSCO, you will need to update to Android 9.0 (Pie) or later.

Please note that even if an Android device can run Android 6.0, this device may not be supported by VSCO. Unfortunately, VSCO is unable to provide a full list of supported/unsupported Android devices due to how many device models are available. 

For optimum performance of the VSCO app, we recommend having a minimum of 500MB of storage capacity when installing and using the app. VSCO does not support rooted or jailbroken devices.

Before updating your Android version, we suggest exporting all of your Studio images. How to also back-up Android media. How to Back-up or restore data on your Android device. This is to ensure you will retain all of the images on your current device.

Accessing a VSCO account with a computer or mobile device browser at vsco.co is also available. Please note editing functions are not available through vsco.co. You must use the VSCO app to access editing features. To ensure the vsco.co site runs optimally, we suggest updating to the latest version for the browsers.
