VSCO Film 06: What is cross processing?

Color negative and color positive (slide) film both have tightly controlled chemical development processes. Cross processing is when positive film is developed in negative chemistry, and visa versa. In general, cross processing results in very high contrast and saturation combined with strong color shifts for a very bold look. Film 06 focuses on 4 Color positive (slide) films that took well to the negative development process with Kodak E100VS, Agfa Precisa 100, Fuji Sensia 100, and Fuji Provia 400X.
