If your VSCO Membership subscription appears to be missing from your VSCO account, please visit your profile in the VSCO app and tap on the Global menu icon (top-left corner)>Support>Restore VSCO Membership.
This will restore the Membership you purchased via Apple or Google into the VSCO account you are signed into. [Please be sure the email address you are signed in with matches the one associated to your Apple / Google id]
Membership associated with the wrong VSCO account
We have found it is common to create a duplicate or second VSCO account that is not associated with a VSCO Membership.
If you find yourself in this situation, we recommend signing out of the VSCO account you are signed in with and trying to sign into VSCO with another sign-in option that you may have used to create an account to locate your Membership.
If you are prompted to enter a username this means you are creating a new VSCO account. You should not create a new VSCO account and should go back to the sign-in screen to locate the sign-in option associated with your account.
Gmail sign-in trouble: f your Gmail has a period (.), please be sure to include this period when signing into VSCO otherwise your email will not be recognized by our system.
Restore screen loading error
If the Restore Membership screen continually loads upon signing in this means your email or device is not verified. Please see our article Account and Device Verification
You can temporarily bypass verification by force closing and re-opening VSCO. Then, visit your profile in the VSCO app and tap on the Global menu icon (top-left corner)>Settings>Support>Restore VSCO Membership.
Lost access to email / phone number for VSCO Membership account
If you lost access to the email or phone number associated with your VSCO Account, please see Lost Access to VSCO Account.
"You're currently subscribed to this" Membership message
If you visit the VSCO Member Hub and tap on the 'Join VSCO membership' button to restore your VSCO Membership on an account that does not have a VSCO Membership, you will see a message that says 'You're currently subscribed to this.'
This means that you have already successfully purchased a VSCO Membership subscription with Apple or Google, but you are signed into a VSCO account that does not have the VSCO Membership.
Please visit your profile in the VSCO app and tap on Settings>Support>Restore VSCO Membership.
