If your VSCO Membership subscription is missing on your VSCO account, please visit your profile in the VSCO app and tap on Settings>Support>Restore VSCO Membership.
You'll be presented with the option to sign into the account that has the Membership or transfer your Membership to the account you're currently signed in with.
Gmail users - if your gmail has a period, please be sure to include this period when signing into VSCO otherwise your email will not be recognized by our system.
Restore screen loading error
If the Restore Membership screen continually loads upon signing in this means your email or device is not verified. Please see our article Account and Device Verification
You can temporarily bypass verification by force closing and re-opening VSCO. Then, visit your profile in the VSCO app and tap on Settings>Support>Restore VSCO Membership.
Lost access to email / phone number for VSCO Membership account
If you lost access to the email or phone number associated with your VSCO Account, please see Lost Access to VSCO Account.
'You're currently subscribed to this' Membership message
If you visit the VSCO Membership page and tap on the 'Subscribe Now' button to restore your VSCO Membership on an account that does not have a VSCO Membership, you will see a message that says 'You're currently subscribed to this.'
This means that you have already successfully purchased a VSCO Membership subscription with Apple or Google, but you are signed into a VSCO account that does not have the VSCO Membership.
Please visit your profile in the VSCO app and tap on Settings>Support>Restore VSCO Membership.
