Then, be sure to update the availability tag on your profile to indicate that you’re open to “Professional Work.” The more you post to VSCO, the more likely you are to appear in relevant searches — so keep creating!
Q. How will businesses discover that I’m available for work?
A. Head over to the “Available for” section of your profile and update your availability tag to indicate that you’re open to “Professional Work.” It is extremely important to post examples of your work on your profile that showcase your style and the experience tags you’ve selected — our human-centered, AI-powered search will match you when businesses are looking for your unique aesthetic.
Q: How will I be contacted by businesses?
A: If a business is interested in hiring you, you’ll receive a message in the VSCO app notifying you of the request, and informing you of the next steps. Make sure you have your app notifications turned on so you don’t miss a message from us.

A: All businesses on VSCO Hub will be required to use an official business email and will be vetted by us before joining the platform.

A. Any creative professional can sign up for VSCO Hub — all you need is a business email address to get started. Create an account using your business email and once your account is confirmed, you can start searching Hub immediately.
Q. As a business member, how can I search for photographers to hire?
A. You can begin your search by uploading a reference image. Our human-centered, AI-powered search system will find photographers on VSCO Hub who have the style and aesthetic that matches your image. You can also search by location and experience. From there, you can request to connect with the photographers you’re interested in working with.
Q. How do I connect to a photographer that meets my criteria for hire?
A. Simply click the Request To Connect to let us know you wish to be connected to the photographer through VSCO Hub. VSCO will then contact the photographer to notify them you’re interested in working with them. If the photographer is available, VSCO will connect you via email, where you can discuss the work opportunity freely.
Q: What information about me will be shared with photographers when I click the Request To Connect button?
A: VSCO Hub receives your request and shares your company information with the photographer, asking them if they would like to receive an introduction to you. If they agree, Hub will share any business contact information you provided to us at the time you created your Hub business account.
Q: How much do photographers charge on VSCO?
A: VSCO Members set their own pricing for their work. VSCO Hub facilitates connecting you with the photographer — from there you can discuss pricing directly with them directly.
