What is VSCO Hub
VSCO Hub connects businesses and brands with our global community of photographers. Our human-centered, AI-assisted search system matches businesses with VSCO Pro Members ready to bring the brand’s vision to life with their unique aesthetic.
Maintaining a trusted, authentic, and collaborative environment is fundamental to VSCO, and is why we built VSCO Hub with safety in mind from the start. We have ensured that both businesses and VSCO Pro Members have the ability to control their interactions and connect in a safe way while collaborating.

Who Can Use VSCO Hub?
VSCO Hub is available to businesses with a VSCO Hub for Business membership and displays the content and profiles of VSCO Pro Members that are available for work. To protect the validity of contractual agreements and the safety of our community, the use of VSCO Hub is for Business and Pro Members 18 years and older only.

What Does Available for Work Mean?
If you are a Pro Member interested in getting hired on VSCO Hub, select that you’re available for “Professional Work” in your VSCO profile settings. Here, you can also add details about you such as locations where you’re available to work.
Once you indicate that you’re available to “Professional Work” your profile and content will be surfaced to the vetted brands and businesses on VSCO Hub.
If you change your mind and don’t want to be discoverable on Hub, simply un-tag your availability for “Professional Work” on your profile. You have the option to opt back in at any time.

VSCO Hub for Business Membership
Any creative professional can sign up for VSCO Hub as long as they have a business email address. Once you have read and agreed to the VSCO Hub Agreement, verified your business email, and subscribed to VSCO Hub, you can start searching. For the safety of our community all businesses that sign up for a VSCO for Business Hub membership will also go through a screening process for fraud or compliance issues.
This membership connects those brands and businesses to VSCO Pro Members available to be hired. Business members can visually search using reference images, connect directly with photographers, and set their own terms and pricing.
Connecting Through VSCO Hub
Be mindful of your interactions when utilizing VSCO for work and aim to foster a positive collaborative environment. Always use your best judgment, if an interaction feels off or makes you uncomfortable.
VSCO is not a place for harmful or illegal behavior or content. This includes fraud, hate speech, harassment, violent threats, the grooming of minors, as well as other harmful conduct. We will take appropriate action on your account for any violations of our Community Guidelines.

Connections
Brands and businesses interested in hiring a photographer can request to connect with them directly on VSCO Hub. VSCO’s Hub team will contact the photographer from the VSCO Hub account (vsco-for-work) to notify them of the details of your request and next steps. If the photographer is available, VSCO will connect both parties, where the work opportunity can be discussed freely.
Pro Members – Make sure you have your app notifications turned on so you don’t miss a message. You may also receive an email about work opportunities from our VSCO account forwork@vsco.co.
Always be sure you know who is connecting with you. If you receive a message or email from anyone other than those listed above or that looks suspicious in nature, please report their account to our Trust & Safety Team for review.
Red Flags
If you have a gut feeling that an interaction on VSCO Hub may be a scam, proceed carefully. Here are signs to look for:
- Keep an eye out for anyone making promises of easy money or urgently demanding your personal or financial information.
- Look for excessive grammatical and spelling errors.
- Exercise caution before sharing personal information, such as your full name, address, or contact information with others.

In Person Safety
Anytime you meet an online connection in person, it is important to prioritize your safety and well being. Do your research, inform a person you trust, and make sure you are completely comfortable before meeting.

Reporting & Blocking on VSCO Hub
We have built VSCO Hub so that both creators and businesses are able to maintain control over their own interactions.
Submit a report to our Trust & Safety Team if you experience inappropriate conduct while communicating online or collaborating in person. If you experience suspicious or harmful behavior while collaborating in person, call 911 or contact your local authorities. Once you are safe, then submit a report to our Trust & Safety Team.
Reporting & Blocking For Businesses
While in the VSCO Hub search feature, you can “report” or “block” a creator by navigating to their VSCO profile and tapping on the Options icon.
To report, select “Report” from the options menu. Then select the violation type and submit your report to our Trust & Safety Team for review.
To block, select “Block” from the options menu. The creator will not be able to view or interact with your content, follow you, or message you. The creator will not receive a notification that they were blocked.
Reporting & Blocking For Creators
If you need to report a business for inappropriate conduct visit our Help Center and click on the chat box to contact our Trust & Safety Team via email.
- Select “Report Abuse” under the “How Can We Help” section, and then select the applicable abuse type.
- Under the “Description” section, please provide your username and an explanation of your report. Helpful information includes, but is not limited to, when and where the incident took place and the business involved.
- Check the email you provided once you’ve submitted your report for confirmation of submission. If you have any additional context, documentation, or information that supports your claim, you can include them in your report by replying to the confirmation email.
