Why are my presets and tools locked or missing?

If you cannot use a tool / preset or a preset is missing, you will need to sign into your VSCO Membership account or restore your preset purchases from the Shop.*

Sign into VSCO Membership account

If your VSCO Membership is missing on your VSCO account, please try signing into a VSCO account with any other emails, phone numbers, or social sign-ons (Facebook, Google) you own. For information on how to sign out and sign into a different account, please see our article How to Sign in or Sign out. 

Your VSCO Membership may be attached to another VSCO account you previously created. 

If you don't see your Membership after trying to sign into different VSCO accounts, please try restoring using the Restore Membership option in settings.

If you are not signed in you will be prompted to sign in when you tap on your VSCO Profile. 

In the Settings menu, tap on Support and then Restore Membership

Previous preset purchases

If you previously purchased presets from the Shop, please follow the steps below to restore your presets.

If you are not signed in you will be prompted to sign in when you tap on your VSCO Profile. 

In the Settings menu, tap on Support and then Restore Purchases
