If you cannot use a tool / preset or a preset is missing, you will need to sign into your VSCO Membership account.
Sign into VSCO Membership account
If your VSCO Membership is missing on your VSCO account, please try signing into a VSCO account with any other emails, phone numbers, or social sign-ons (Facebook, Google) you own. For information on how to sign out and sign into a different account, please see our article How to Sign in or Sign out.
Your VSCO Membership may be attached to another VSCO account you previously created.
You could access the Restore VSCOMembership sections by tapping here.
If you don't see your Membership after trying to sign into different VSCO accounts, please try restoring using the Restore Membership option in settings.
Tap on the Global Menu icon (top-left corner) within any section of the app.
If you are not signed in you will be prompted to sign in when you tap on your VSCO Profile.
In the Settings menu, tap on Support and then Restore Membership.
Previous preset purchases
If you previously purchased individual preset(s)/sets, please create a support ticket here.
Create a support ticket from your desktop/laptop at support.vsco.co
Create a support ticket in the VSCO app by going to Settings>Need Help?
Provide all of the following in the ticket:
- The registered user name and email/phone for the account.
- The name of the missing preset(s) you've previously purchased
Once we have this information, we will gladly research and add the preset(s) back to your account. Please note, that we won't be able to add any limited-time presets, C1, A6, or HB2 presets, and the Grain, Tone, Clarity, and Split-Tone tools.
