At VSCO, it’s important that you have ownership of your creative journey, which includes controlling your content and your data.
To help you maintain that ownership of your data, we offer the options to download, correct, or delete your information.
We encourage you to follow the steps below to delete your account yourself before contacting Support.
Please read this article carefully and entirely to ensure you understand how you can delete your data from VSCO.
If you’d like to delete your data, you have the option to delete your account. Once you submit your deletion request, it may take several hours to fully delete your data. During this time, your account may still be publicly viewable.
Please note that deleting your account includes deletion of your images, and mobile and desktop purchases. Once your account has been deleted, you won’t be able to reactivate your account or retrieve anything. Deleting your VSCO account cannot be undone.
If you’d prefer to keep your content and data on VSCO, you can deactivate your account by following the instructions here.
Please note that we may be unable to immediately delete certain types of personal information due to regulatory or legal requirements. This information will be deleted in accordance with our policies.
You must sign into VSCO on a web browser (not the VSCO app) to delete your VSCO account, either on your mobile device or a desktop/laptop computer. Additionally, you must verify your device by following instructions in the steps below before you can delete the account.
For VSCO Members:
Deleting your VSCO account will not automatically cancel your VSCO Membership as subscriptions are handled by Apple and Google. To cancel your VSCO Membership, please see our article.
If you no longer have access to your email, phone number, Facebook, Google or Apple sign on but wish to delete your VSCO account, please submit a ticket.

How do I access a copy of my personal data on VSCO?
To get a copy of your data, you can create a downloadable snapshot.
A snapshot is a ZIP file of your content and data on VSCO, which can take up to two hours to create. Once created, you’ll have seven days to download the file.
To download a copy of your personal data on VSCO:
1. Sign into vsco.co on a web browser such as Chrome, Safari (not the VSCO app), either on your mobile device or a desktop/laptop computer.
2. In the top right corner of the screen , tap on the Settings icon
3. Scroll to the bottom of your VSCO account and select the blue ‘Access snapshot’ button.
Please note that images in your Studio will not be included in the snapshot because they are stored locally on your device.
