If you need help locating your VSCO Film pack(s), please visit the following article.

Can I still view my license key(s) in my VSCO account for my VSCO Film products after it has been discontinued?

You will no longer be able to view your license key(s) for VSCO Film after it has been discontinued on March 1, 2019.

We highly recommend to write down your license key(s) before March 1st, 2019 so you can install the latest version of VSCO Film on your computer.

We recommend to copy and paste the license key in a text file to avoid confusion between 0 (zero) and O in the license keys. It's also extremely important that there are no blank spaces before or after the inputted license key and there are dashes between each set of characters.

To locate your license key(s) please see our help article here.

If you are having trouble with your license key(s) when installing VSCO Film, please see our help article here.

Will VSCO Film still work on my computer after March 1, 2019?

We encourage you to update your operating system and any Adobe product you use to the most recent version in order for the latest version of VSCO Film to work as intended.

Currently, VSCO Film works on the following operating systems:

High Sierra

7,8, and 10

Lightroom CC 2.0+

Lightroom Classic CC 8.0+

Adobe Camera RAW CC 11.0+

We cannot guarantee VSCO Film will work on future operating system and Adobe software updates after it has been discontinued.

What if a new camera is released after VSCO Film is discontinued?

After March 1, 2019, we are no longer updating our VSCO Film products. If a new camera is released after that date, unfortunately, there will not be custom camera profiles made for it. The best solution for unsupported cameras will continue to be the Standard presets included with all VSCO Film packs. These presets don’t rely on custom camera profiles and will work with any camera, RAW or JPEG.
If you do not have the VSCO Film - Standard presets, please re-run the installer and select this option.

Are VSCO Mobile Preset Packs 01 and 02 included in the VSCO Film discontinuation?

Yes, if you purchased VSCO Mobile Preset pack 01 and/or 02, these will no longer be available for download or supported on or after March 1, 2019.
