When attempting to access your missing VSCO membership, you may encounter the message “Cannot connect to iTunes Store.” This message may also be accompanied by a message indicating you are currently subscribed to a VSCO Membership.
Typically, this error message is caused when you are attempting to restore a purchased VSCO Membership on a VSCO account that did not purchase a Membership.
To access your VSCO Membership, please sign into VSCO with any other emails or phone numbers you may have used to create a VSCO account with.
