If you can no longer access your VSCO account due to forgetting your account credentials or losing access to the email or phone number associated with your account, please know we are here to help you.
Before you submit a ticket using Solvvy, please include the following information in your ticket:
- Your VSCO Profile name
- The current email address or phone number connected to your account
- The email address would you like connected to your account going forward.*
*Please note that we cannot add a phone number to an existing VSCO account that was registered with an email.
