If you have access to your sign in information that you used to create a VSCO account but cannot sign into your VSCO account due to an error, please see our article I can't sign into VSCO
If you have a VSCO Membership on an account that you can't access please submit a ticket to Support and select the category Manage my account>No longer have access to email or phone number associated with my account.
If you don't have a VSCO Membership and no longer have access to the email address or phone number used to create your account, our Support Team will be unable to verify a new phone number or email address or add a new contact method to your account.
We recommend you reach out to the provider for the original credential (phone provider/email provider) to see if they can help you restore access to send and receive emails or phone numbers.
