Lost access to VSCO Account

If you have access to your log in information that you used to create a VSCO account but cannot sign into your VSCO account due to an error, please see our article I can't sign into VSCO

If you no longer have access to your log in credentials that you used to create your VSCO account with, please see our account recovery process below.

Please note that in order to protect your account’s security, we are unable to provide access to your VSCO account if the steps below do not work for you.

If you purchased a VSCO Membership and are unable to gain access to your account after following the account recovery process below, submit a ticket. We will provide instructions on how to transfer your VSCO Membership to a new VSCO account.

 

VSCO Account created with Email

If you no longer have access to your email you created your VSCO account with, please reach out to your email provider to regain access to your email account.

If you are able to gain access to the account you used to create your VSCO profile, please sign into VSCO with this account and follow the instructions here to edit your profile and update your email to your desired email and reset your password.

 

VSCO Account created with Phone Number

If you no longer have access to the phone number you created your VSCO account with, please reach out to your phone service provider to gain access to this number.

If you are able to gain access to the phone number you used to create your VSCO profile, please sign into VSCO with this phone number and follow the instructions here to edit your profile and update your phone number to your desired email and reset your passwordNote: You must add an email to your account rather than a new phone number.

 

VSCO Account created with Apple ID, Facebook or Google

If you created your VSCO account with your Apple ID, Facebook or Google and no longer have access to the account you used to create your VSCO account, please contact Apple, Facebook or Google to regain access.
