Thank you for redeeming your offer code to start a free VSCO membership! We’re glad to have you as part of our growing VSCO community. Please see below for answers to some frequently asked questions: 


I entered my offer code and it says that the code has already been redeemed

  • Unfortunately, if your code has already been redeemed, we can not redeem your code a second time. We apologize for the inconvenience.


I added my offer code to the incorrect VSCO username

  • We understand that mistakes happen! 

  • In order for us to look into this, please send us an email with a screenshot of the email you received with the Offer code. Please note the “To:” field should be visible and show the email address that you are writing in from. 

  • Please also include the incorrect username you added your code to. 


My VSCO account already has a subscription. Can I apply this code and get a refund?

  • Unfortunately, we can’t apply an Offer code to a VSCO account that currently has an active Membership. 

  • If you’d like, you can use this code once your current Membership ends. 

  • Simply access your Subscriptions management and turn off auto-renew for your subscription

  • Once your Membership ends, you can redeem the code on your account for a free year.


My VSCO offer code expired. Can I extend the offer date?

  • At this time, we can not extend the expiration date for your Offer code.
