Known bugs and bug fixes

Thanks for your patience as our team has worked to fix some bugs you may have experienced. Below is a list of bugs that have been fixed and bugs that are scheduled to be fixed. 

For bug fixes in progress, we recommend to update the app weekly and check this article weekly for when the bug is fixed.

If you have not already done so, please visit the App Store or Google Play to manually update the VSCO app.

Attention Android users: VSCO is no longer supported on Android 5 Lollipop starting November 11, 2020.

 

New Infrared Filters (IR1, IR2, IR3): If you can't access the new infrared filters, please perform the following:

1. Update the VSCO app to v223 (Don't delete the app)

2. You may also need to force quit the App/Play Store session after launch. Relaunch App/Play store, then type in "VSCO" inside the app search field to download v223.

3. Launch VSCO. You should have access to the IR1, IR2, and IR3 (Infrared filters)

4. If you don't see the filters after updating to v223, force quit the VSCO app. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201330

5. Relaunch VSCO
