This issue has been fixed in v191.1.

You maybe experiencing an issue on VSCO v190 in which your VSCO app is blank / white and there is no navigation bar.
This bug will occur If you had 'launch camera by default' enabled in VSCO settings and either captured an image or closed the in app camera.
Our engineers are aware of this issue and should have it fixed shortly.
There are a few work around for this:
1. Tap on this link on your mobile device vsco://feed
2. Tap on your Profile icon, tap on Settings icon, Preferences and disabled Launch camera by default.
3. Force close and reopen VSCO and you should be back in VSCO app and your images should appear.
If tapping on vsco://feed doesn't work, please try this:
1. Press and hold on the VSCO app icon
2. Tap on the import option
3. Tap on your Profile icon, tap on Settings icon, Preferences and disabled Launch camera by default.
4. Force close and reopen VSCO and you should be back in VSCO app and your images should appear.
