You could access the Support section inside the VSCO app by tapping here.
If you are experiencing an error such as "Media failed to save" when exporting images or videos form VSCO, this is a known issue.
First, please make sure you are allowing VSCO access to your photos. To do this, open Settings>VSCO>Photos>Allow photo access for All Photos.
If this doesn't help, we encourage you to try the following workaround.
Workaround: Save Edited Photo as a Draft
1. Select a photo to import into your Studio
2. Make Edits
3. Slide Save to Camera Roll & Post to VSCO to "Off" position (This will enable Save as Draft option)
4. Tap Save as Draft
5. Select the Draft inside your Studio
6. Tap More (Bottom Far Right)
7. Tap Save to Camera Roll
