In order to not get locked out of your VSCO account, we encourage you to regularly check the email or phone number on your VSCO account and update this to an email you know you won't lose access to.
I registered for a VSCO account with my phone number, should I add an email?
Yes. It's very common to switch phone numbers. Since phone numbers and VSCO accounts use a 2-factor authentication (2FA) system, if you lose access to that phone number, you could be locked out of your VSCO account.
Please take a moment to update your phone number in your profile to an email you know you won't lose access to.
If I add an email to my VSCO Account I created with a phone number, how do I sign in?
You can either sign in with the email you added, or you can sign in with the phone number, so long as your phone number hasn't changed.
I already lost access to the email or phone number associated with my VSCO account, what can I do?
If you have a VSCO Membership please contact us.
If you don't have a Membership, please see the "Contacting Service Providers" in Lost access to VSCO Account
Why am I being asked to verify my account or device when I sign into my VSCO account?
This is part of our 2-factor authentication (2FA) system to keep your account secure.
If you see a verification screen upon signing into VSCO, you must verify your device from the verification email that was sent to the email associated with your VSCO account.
Look for emails with the subjects (in all of your email folders): Your VSCO Account - New Device
You will encounter this verification process anytime you sign into a new device or sign into vsco.co on a web browser.
