- In the VSCO app navigation menu, select Support and then Contact us.
- You will first be helped by our VSCO Virtual Support Assistant who will provide you with instant answers or solutions as best as possible.
- If your question wasn't answered in the chat, you will then be presented with an option to Contact Support.
- When submitting a Support Request select the category in the ticket submission form that best matches your issue and add your question or details about your problem.
- Our Support Team will then follow up with you via email. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see anything from us.

What are your support hours?
The VSCO Support Team is primarily available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST. We are also expanding our coverage for mornings, evenings, and weekends to better assist you with any issues you may have.
I’m a Pro Member, what type of support will I receive?
VSCO Pro Members have the option to live chat with our VSCO Support Team Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST. All other requests to our Support Team will be created as an email request.
