Message us in the VSCO app

In the VSCO app, go to Settings>Support>Need Help?

You will need to go through our instant answer service first. If your question wasn't answered, please select "no" to the question "Was this answer helpful?" You can then you can select a category in the ticket submission form.

Message us from a desktop / laptop computer

If you'd prefer to submit a support ticket on a desktop or laptop computer, navigate to support.vsco.co in your browser and tap on the answer service icon in the bottom right corner of the page. If you can't create a VSCO account or sign into an existing VSCO account, you'll want to submit a ticket on a desktop or laptop computer.
