Message us in the VSCO app
In the VSCO app, go to Settings>Support>Contact us.
You will be helped by our VSCO Support assistant who will provide you with instant answers or solutions.
If your question wasn't answered, please tap on "no" to the question "Was this helpful?" You will then be presented with an option to Contact Support.
You can then you can select a category in the ticket submission form, enter your question or problem and a support agent will be with you ASAP.

Message us from a desktop / laptop computer
If you'd prefer to submit a support ticket on a desktop or laptop computer, navigate to support.vsco.co in your browser and tap on the answer service icon in the bottom right corner of the page. If you can't create a VSCO account or sign into an existing VSCO account, you'll want to submit a ticket on a desktop or laptop computer.
Similar to messaging us in the VSCO app, you will need to go through our instant answer service first. If your question wasn't answered, please select "no" to the question "Was this helpful?"
