If you engage in any behavior or post any content that violates our Community Guidelines, we will take appropriate action against your content and/or account.
Warnings
- A warning notice will be given when content in violation of our Community Guidelines is actioned. We may also remove the content associated with the violation.
- Repeat or continuous violations following a warning notice may result in a permanent account suspension.
- We may not provide warning notices in instances of serious violations.
Suspension
- For serious violations, your account may be immediately suspended. In these instances, we will not send a warning notice and instead you will receive a suspension notice.
- If your account is suspended, you will lose access to your VSCO account, including all associated content.
- Please note that creating new accounts in violation of our Community Guidelines will result in suspensions of those new accounts.
*If you have a VSCO membership and are suspended you will need to contact Apple App Store Support or Google Play Support for assistance with your subscription.
