The issue with exported videos from VSCO on iPhone 11 causing framerate problems may be due to a technical glitch in the app.

You can try updating the VSCO app to the latest version or reinstalling it. Additionally, making sure your iPhone has enough storage space and memory available can help improve video playback performance. If the issue persists, it is recommended to contact VSCO Support directly for further assistance.

It's ridiculous this has been a known issue for over a year and a half with no posted solution or update bug fix. I've seen complaints on other forums going back multiple years. I have storage space, good wifi, and data usage on. Fix this already! It's compressing and ruining the frame rate of the videos we edit/export in the app we pay you for.
