I found a workaround on my iPhone. Android users, I don’t know if it will work for you, but I still wanted to share.
Take your screenshot again, then tap on it and it will open up for editing. Tap the upper right corner (the square with the arrow pointing upward, I think it’s for exporting). Scroll down, past your social media sharing options. There should be an option that says, “import to VSCO”. I tapped that and, voila! It’s now a photo in my VSCO studio, ready to edit.
I hope any of that made sense.

i agree with @laurendavismezzo
a faster way for iphones instead of redoing ur ss and doing it one by one. you’ll go thru the same process as sending a photo over messages…
select all the photos you want by pressing “select” top right hand corner. press the share button in the bottom left hand corner, the one that looks like a box and an arrow pointing upward. scroll down past your apps and press “import to vsco” then open vsco and all ur photos you uploaded should appear in your drafts.
thank you for the enlightenment from lauren, but wanted to speed up the process. hoping my directions made sense!
