VSCO, 

I am fed up with the laggy and buggy app and the desktop version. VSCO did not need a desktop and the app was perfectly fine how it was. 

During the last 7 months, I have attempted to use VSCO to edit my photos and I give up because edits and preset settings take a stupid amount of time to load. My edited videos won't download to my camera roll, the app crashes, the photo preview is not centered on the screen, the menu freezes, etc. 

I have paid for the membership several years in a row and it hasn't been until recently that I am appalled with the experience with VSCO. I am looking forward to mediocre edits during the year, re-processing and just giving up on my images. The platform where I used to enjoy editing and creating my perfect styles no longer exists. I edit on an iPhone 15 Pro, a good iPad Pro, a MacBook Pro and there is no app on any of my devices that is slower than VSCO. The last time I used VSCO proud & confidently was in early 2022. That is three membership payments that hang on every word and promise that developers make time and time again, and that have gone to s*it. VSCO is not a smooth experience like it use to be. I am certain I am not the only user experiencing this. My membership is in vain and it'd be great if someone from VSCO responded with some damn answers. 

Just turn back the time on VSCO app and/or release your developments until you can actually deliver something that is actually great that won't crash just with a preset application on a photo.

    Hi Edgar Espinoza, I’m really sorry to hear how frustrated the app has made you lately, and I just want to acknowledge that it’s definitely not up to our standards right now! This is priority #1 for us at the moment, and you should see steady progress getting back to the experience you’re missing. Unfortunately just turning back the clock wouldn’t fix everything since we’re dealing with some iOS changes in the mix here, but please know that we are not unaware or unmoved by this.Also, I really appreciate that you care enough about VSCO to give feedback here!

    In the same boat, been a paid user for years. Loved the app but it’s been trash for months. Really frustrating, ready to be done

    Mobile app is unusable. So slow, freezes whole phone.

    I had iPhone X and thought that it was a reasons of lagging
    I changed it to iPhone 15 pro max and the VSCO app become works more slowly
    I really disappointed, now the app is unusable

    this app would be 10/10 if it wasn't for the laggy audio on even the shortest video clips PLEASE FIX THIS .

    I have been contacting VSCO about this too. Its been a long time since I started paying. This is a SERVICE, not a PRODUCT. We pay for your support, updates, changes, improvements, initiatives. Instead our money is used to implement a new paid tier and trying to convince users to start using new features nobody likes or uses. Leaving all bugs and problems untouched. Its ridiculous.
    I don’t feel taken seriously. How can so many things go so wrong with development? There should be someone realizing they’re loosing their longterm userbase with this.
