De-Instagram VSCO

I use VSCO for editing and publishing to my own space. Sometimes I go a while without publishing videos/pictures to my profile because I have people I know who follow me, and I don’t want to “spam their feed” with my stuff. I would get talked bad about (and have) for posting so many pictures at a time to my feed. I am now up to almost six months without posting and don’t know what to do.
