Cannot edit descriptions on both mobile and desktop.

I find an issue when it comes to editing captions in photos. If I upload it from my phone, I can only edit the description from my phone. It makes it challenging for managing a portfolio site if I cannot make these changes across devices. I would like to be able to do this from my computer too. And vice versa. If anyone knows a solution let me know.
