3 Observations
Hey VSCO Team:
I have three observations I thought I would share with you that I think will improve the VSCO experience for all.
First, involves my recent upgrade to an iPhone 14 Pro Max. I had a current iCloud backup and despite that, i'm missing hundreds of photos from VSCO that date back to 2015 after I restored from my backup. I'm unsure why VSCO discontinued iCloud syncing, but I really think it is such a crucial feature that would give peace of mind when using your platform. So I propose that being reimplemented.
The second and third observations involve video. I love using VSCO to edit video, but I run into a couple issues. 1) When exporting video after editing, there is noticeable frame drops. This happens no matter how I export, what format I shot in, etc. Is there a way to mitigate that? I hesitate using it now for reels etc because it looks choppy. And 2) when shooting on iPhone, shooting in HDR is ideal and if I choose to apply slow motion to the video using the "Smooth" feature the video washes out and HDR is gone. Is there any way to mitigate that?
Thanks in advance for looking into these concerns.
